Job Description

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is looking to hire a LDTC Case Manager to join our staff and work in an amazing school! Are you passionate about helping all students reach their potential? Qualifications:


  • Valid New Jersey Educational Services Certificate

  • Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultant Endorsement (LDT-C)

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct Learning Evaluations: Administer and interpret educational assessments to determine students' learning needs.

  • Develop IEPs: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and update Individualized Education Programs.

  • Case Management: Serve as the primary contact for assigned students, ensuring compliance with timelines and documentation.

  • Consultation & Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student success.

  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure all evaluations, reports, and meetings align with state and federal special education regulations.

  • Support Transition Planning: Assist in planning for students' transitions between grade levels or post-secondary paths.

  • Data Analysis
