Insight Global is seeking a Cyber Policy & Strategy Planner to support enterprise cybersecurity initiatives through the development, implementation, and governance of cyber policy, strategy, and workforce programs. This individual will collaborate closely with senior leadership, stakeholders, and interagency partners to ensure cybersecurity policies align with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and mission needs.

Skills and Requirements
TS/SCI
Bachelors Degree
IAM or IAT or IASAE Level III Certification
- 5 years of experience in cybersecurity policy, strategy, or governance roles.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity governance frameworks and policy development processes.
- Proficiency with workflow and process diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
- Knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 and applicable DoD cybersecurity guidance (e.g., DoDI 8500.01).
