Job Title: Construction Laborer Location: Savage, Minnesota Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join an active construction team in Minnesota. This role supports a variety of construction projects and is ideal for someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions. Responsibilities Assist with general construction tasks at job sites Load, unload, and transport materials and tools Operate basic hand and power tools Assist skilled tradespeople as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and job site rules Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors Qualifications Prior construction or labor experience preferred but not required Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods) Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team Valid driver's license preferred **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Savage, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
