Our benefits include Paid Time Off, Paid Parental Leave, Wellness Programs, Mental Health Resources, and Employee Assistance Programs. **Direct Leadership:** Unlike travel agencies, we have our own leadership team that you'll report to, ensuring any questions or concerns are addressed promptly. **Responsibilities** + Perform diagnostic radiography procedures using established protocols/procedures without requiring constant supervision. + Utilize complex imaging equipment for the acquisition, analysis, manipulation, and documentation of image data, completing procedures according to protocol. + Demonstrate the ability to function independently, cover off shifts, handle on-call responsibilities, and perform services at satellite facilities, while continually communicating with the lead and management team. + Perform or assist Clinical Specialists in performing QA, regulatory testing, and other technical and research initiatives. Educational and Knowledge Requirements + Graduate of an ARRT-approved school of Radiologic Technology. + Two years of diagnostic experience required. + Must have obtained a performance review rating of strong/solid/good on the most recent performance review to be eligible for promotion.
