We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Senior Principal Consultant to join our Analytics COE Consulting team. In this role, you will focus on the implementation and adoption of our health data warehouse solutions, empowering our healthcare customers to unlock valuable insights from their data. You will leverage your expertise in SQL and Oracle Analytic Cloud (OAC) to configure, deploy, and train clients on how to effectively utilize these tools to improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and research capabilities. **Responsibilities**
Responsibilities:
+ Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle's health data warehouse solutions for new and existing clients.
+ Work directly with healthcare stakeholders (e.g., clinicians, analysts, IT teams) to understand their specific data needs and workflows.
+ Utilize strong SQL skills to validate data integrations, troubleshoot data issues within the warehouse, and develop custom queries for client-specific requirements.
+ Design and develop user-friendly dashboards and reports in Oracle Analytic Cloud (OAC) that align with the specific analytical needs of healthcare users.
+ Conduct comprehensive training sessions for client teams on how to navigate, query, and visualize data within the health data warehouse and OAC environment.
+ Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and best practices documentation for the health data warehouse platform.
+ Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the data warehouse and analytics tools.
+ Collaborate closely with Oracle's product development and technical teams to provide feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our health data warehouse solutions.
+ Assist clients with data governance and data quality initiatives within the data warehouse environment.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert on the functionality and application of Oracle's health data warehouse and OAC within the healthcare domain.
+ Contribute to project planning and execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery of implementation and training engagements.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
+ A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in implementing and supporting data warehouse or business intelligence solutions, preferably within the healthcare industry.
+ Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience in querying and manipulating large datasets within a data warehouse environment.
+ Hands-on experience with Oracle Analytic Cloud (OAC), including the creation of dashboards, reports, and user training.
+ Solid understanding of healthcare data models, terminologies (e.g., ICD-10, SNOMED CT, LOINC), and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support users with varying levels of technical expertise.
+ Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical audiences.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot data-related issues.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
+ Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with specific healthcare data warehouse platforms or electronic health record (EHR) systems (e.g., Cerner, Epic).
+ Familiarity with data integration tools and processes relevant to healthcare data.
+ Experience developing curriculum and delivering training programs for software applications.
+ Understanding of healthcare analytics use cases, such as population health management, quality improvement, and clinical research.
+ Oracle certifications related to analytics or databases.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
