**Job Title: Production Assembler** **Job Description** We are seeking Production Assembly Technicians to join our team and work on cutting-edge fuel cells for the railroad industry and drones for the aviation industry. The role involves working on either the 1st shift from 5am to 3:30pm or the 2nd shift from 2pm to 12:30am, with voluntary overtime available after full training. **Responsibilities** + Batch and mix materials, including the use of scales. + Perform machine operations using hand tools. + Operate mechanical equipment efficiently. + Carry out assembly operations with precision. + Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE. + Record data accurately and as specified. + Maintain work area according to 5S standards. + Ensure duties meet quality, part, and production specifications. + Routinely perform up to three Standard Processes. + Communicate effectively and take direction constructively as required. + Report issues or concerns to maintain successful operations. + Exercise independent judgment within primary job functions. + Punctuality and consistent presence are critical in this position. + Assume additional responsibilities as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical assembly + Batch mixing + Machine operation + Assembly and fabrication + Quality inspection **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + At least 2 years of small part assembly experience. + Proficiency in using small hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, screw drills, hand drills, snips, dryers, etc. + At least 6 months of machine operation experience or a willingness to learn. + Ability to see color for wiring tasks. + No issues with dexterity. + Computer literacy, including navigating spreadsheets, watching training videos, and working in test stations. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where innovation meets industry excellence.
