Description We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a contract basis in Bethesda, Maryland. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in managing financial operations and is skilled in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. The position starts as part-time and requires proficiency in QuickBooks and JAMIS. Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. - Perform accurate bank reconciliations to ensure financial records align with account balances. - Utilize QuickBooks and JAMIS software to maintain organized and detailed financial records. - Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. - Handle invoice processing and payment tracking to maintain smooth operations. - Monitor and manage cash flow to support business needs. - Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as required. - Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and efficiency. Requirements Prior experience with Jamis sofware is required.
