**DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for finding the right fit for our organization.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ High-volume recruiting: source, screen, interview, and move candidates through recruiting stages to meet active demand.
+ Sourcing strategy: leverage appropriate channels (referrals, outreach, job boards, ATS database) to build pipeline quickly.
+ Candidate experience: provide consistent feedback and timely communication throughout the process.
+ Stakeholder partnership: partner with team stakeholders to confirm requirements, adjust priorities quickly, and support staffing success across programs.
+ Data + process discipline: maintain accurate records, pipeline notes, and status updates; flag bottlenecks early and recommend improvements.
+ Contract role; workload may fluctuate based on program needs.
+ Remote work (where applicable/approved).
**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Experience supporting recruiting workflows in a fast-paced environment; strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and operate with professionalism and confidentiality.
+ Comfort working in systems/tools (ATS + Microsoft Office) and maintaining clean documentation.
