We’re looking for friendly, energetic people to join our Counter Service team! As a Counter Service Member, you’ll be the first face our guests see — helping take orders, making bowls, running food to tables, and ensuring everyone has a warm, welcoming experience.

Our Customer Service Team Members:

• Provide fast, friendly, and attentive service to every guest
• Take orders and handle transactions accurately
• Run food, drinks, and pastries to tables efficiently
• Keep stations clean and follow food safety standards
• Learn and memorize our menu and drink items
• Work as part of a team to keep things running smoothly
• Build bowls assembly line style, with care and consistency

REQUIREMENTS

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Team Player
• Great customer service skills
• Able to work independently
• Previous Counter Service Team Member experience preferred
• Prior waiter or busser experience, a plus
• Prior POS (Toast) experience, a plus
• Must be willing to work weekends
• Must be a multitasker, organized and punctual
