Job Responsibilities * Greet customers and take food and drink orders * Deliver orders to dine in and take out customers * Prepare bubble tea drinks and make required ingredients * Operate a POS system and receive payment from customers in cash or credit card, provide accurate change to customers * Deliver excellent customer service to our guest. * Be responsible, positive attitude and motivational. * Maintain cleanliness of the shop * Ability to multitask while paying special attention to detail Qualifications: We are looking for dependable and self motivated people Must be able work any shift, including holidays & weekends Friendly & good personality *** Food experience a (3 plus years) Able to handle fast paced environment Sense of urgency Able to handle constructive criticism- no short temper or people getting angry easily Able to lift 30lbs Honest trustworthy people Part-time to full time employment- seeking people for long term Must have reliable transportation Customer service/restaurant background a plus Positions Available Crew Members: IMMEDIATE positions available.
