The Coord Life Safety is responsible for overseeing management of the physical environment program, which includes Environment of Care and Life Safety guidelines in order to maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors and staff within the hospital and clinic buildings and grounds. · Ensure that all Joint Commission guidelines for Physical Environment of Care standards at the hospital remain compliant · Ensure safety and facility quality control follows local, federal and state regulations. · Participates in performance improvement and information management activities. · Manages all on-site inspections. · Maintains calendaring system.
