Our client, Construction / Data Center Construction Projects is seeking a Construction Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Construction Production Supervisor, you will be part of the [Department Name] supporting [Team Name(s)]. **Job Title:** Construction Production Supervisor
**Location:** South Hill, VA
**Pay Range:** $64.61 - $69.60/hour
**What's the Job? (Max 5)**
+ Supervise and coordinate production and operating workers on-site and in daily operations
+ Review operations and collaborate with technical/administrative staff to resolve production or processing issues
+ Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems to identify and address operational issues
+ Hire, train, evaluate, and manage staff performance, including handling employee relations matters
+ Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel documentation
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred
+ 5-7 years of relevant experience required in a construction or production environment
+ OSHA 30 certification required
+ Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, tools, equipment, and blueprint reading principles
+ Experience in construction field operations (GC or similar environment preferred), with ability to work independently
