We are looking for an experienced Change Management Manager to lead impactful transformation initiatives for a long-term contract position. Based in Richardson, Texas, this hybrid role requires two days onsite and three days working remotely each week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving change strategies, fostering organizational readiness, and leading adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, project teams, and impacted groups to ensure alignment and engagement.
- Prepare subject matter experts (SMEs) and end-users for changes by delivering key messages and assessing the overall impact across multiple projects.
- Develop and implement creative engagement campaigns tailored to specific audiences to build awareness and excitement for new technologies and changes.
- Translate complex project data into visually compelling materials that align with project goals and objectives.
- Create and deliver communications that clearly articulate the vision, benefits, and practical implications of organizational changes.
- Conduct readiness and adoption assessments to evaluate preparedness and track progress throughout the change process.
- Develop training strategies, plans, and materials that support the adoption of new work methods and tools.
- Refine methodologies and integrate best practices, particularly in areas like artificial intelligence and digital transformation.
- Define and report on service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives.
- Analyze engagement data and feedback to continuously improve change interventions and outcome
Requirements - Proven track record of managing end-to-end change management for large-scale system implementations.
- Experience driving adoption of digital solutions and managing organizational design for new operating models.
- Expertise in conducting readiness and adoption assessments while tracking transformation progress.
- Ability to design and execute creative engagement campaigns tailored to AI and digital advancements.
- Strong organizational skills, including managing user content repositories on platforms like SharePoint and Teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication abilities, with credibility at senior leadership levels.
- Analytical skills to evaluate engagement data and refine strategies for better outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered. Innovation starts with people.®
