Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards

• Dispatch work effectively and prepare detailed performance and operational reports

• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve operational and sales goals

• Conduct interviews, onboard new hires, and manage performance with professionalism and empathy

• Facilitate and lead team meetings to promote collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvement

• Ensure compliance with operational processes, safety standards, and company policies

• Drive sales initiatives and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in operations management, preferably within the automotive repair or service industry

• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills

• Proficiency with management and sales software systems

• Demonstrated success in team leadership, coaching, and performance management
