If you are seeking a role with a people first organization who is proudly community based, this job is for you! **Position Summary:** + Responsible for providing nursing services and education within the scope of practice as set forth by the North Carolina Board of Nursing to individuals and their families in homes or long-term care facilities. + Coordinates plan of care by working with interdisciplinary team to anticipate and meet patient needs. + Serves as the RN member of interdisciplinary team to meet specific plan of care goals. + Coordinates closely with related disciplines to ensure professional service delivery. + May be asked to provide oversight to NAs, LPNs, volunteers, etc. **Position Highlights:** + $80,000 - $85,000 annual salary + Excellent mileage reimbursement rate + **Nightshift** + **72 hours every 2 weeks, every other weekend** + **12-hour shifts, not fully defined at this time.
