Wonton Food Corporation is a leader in food manufacturing looking for a Mixer/Operator to work and ensure efficiency and good quality product. The Mixer/Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining mixing equipment in accordance with company standards and food safety regulations. This role ensures the accuracy of formulations, machine settings, and production schedules to meet quality and efficiency targets. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine
• Ensure good quality
• Fulfill customer orders
• Move finished product
• Compliance in accordance with all food & industrial safety regulations

Requirements

• Should be physically fit and able to lift, bend, squat, push, pull, climb, etc.
• Lift 50 LBS.
• Some computer skills
• Forklift/Pallet-jack experience
• Must be able to work in high heat areas
