Position Summary The Senior EMT is a highly skilled technician responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and testing complex electromechanical equipment. This role requires deep technical knowledge, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. The Senior EMT plays a key role in mentoring junior technicians and maintaining high standards of service excellence. Key Responsibilities · Follow and enforce all safety policies and procedures to maintain a hazard-free work environment. · Comply with quality assurance (QA) procedures during all service and repair tasks. · Perform in-depth diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of customer electromechanical equipment. · Accurately document all observed equipment failures, repair actions, and test results. · Participate in continued professional training and development programs. · Operate and maintain specialized repair and testing equipment. · Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Required Qualifications

  • EMT 3 certification.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • ERT (Emergency Response Team) certification.
  • Associate degree (2-year) in Electrical or Electromechanical Technology.
  • Minimum 10 years of external electromechanical repair experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in an EASA-accredited shop.
  • Must pass a mechanical aptitude test with a score of at least 95%.
  • Proficient in computer use, including diagnostic software and technical documentation systems.
