This position is responsible for the instruction of adult and youth lessons. **Position Performance Area/Expectations:** + To provide members and guests with high quality professional instruction that focuses on learning, safety and enjoyment. + Meet with Manager of Tennis to review objectives and progress reports, administrative programs, financial performance, and member satisfaction. + Responsible for conducting special events and tournaments as needed. + Develop and maintain allied industry associations plan for growth programs. + Work with community groups to develop, promote, maintain and develop the growth of tennis. + Help raise community and public awareness of all Healthplex programs. + Ensure court appearance and surroundings areas are presentable. + Maintain monthly private lesson goals. **Position Requirements:** + Certifications: + Maintain at least one national recognized certification in the tennis industry + USTA Safeplay certified + Current CPR/AED certification + Special Skills:Demonstrate excellent customer service skills. + Experience: + 15+ years of teaching tennis lessons Rush is an equal opportunity employer.
