Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Professional with a deep understanding of architectural millwork and Custom Display and Cabinetry capabilities to join our team. This is a strategic, relationship-driven role focused on growing our market presence, generating new business, and maintaining strong ties with general contractors, brand promotion marketing agencies and designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, GCs, and owners
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities across commercial high-end sectors
- Prepare and deliver proposals in collaboration with estimating and project management teams
- Maintain a pipeline of active bids and track project status through the sales cycle
- Representing the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and site visits
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven sales success in architectural millwork, casework, or high-end Custom Retail and tradeshow Display and Cabinetry woodworking
- Strong network of contacts in the Northeast construction/design industry
- Understanding of custom fabrication processes, drawings/specs, and installation methods
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
