**Our client, a leading manufacturer in specialty coatings, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team.** As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations team supporting production staff and leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Production Supervisor
**Location: Appleton, WI**
**Pay Range: $70K - 80K**
**What's the Job?**
+ Lead shift operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals
+ Coach and mentor team members to achieve production targets
+ Promote a zero-incident safety culture and lead incident investigations
+ Drive root cause analysis and implement process improvements
+ Monitor team performance and maintain scorecard metrics
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
+ 1-3 years of manufacturing experience with leadership responsibilities
+ Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
+ Strong problem-solving and communication skills
+ Flexibility to work rotating 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule
