Revenue Manager
Location: Las Vegas (on-site)
Reporting to: General Manager
Operational Excellence:
The Revenue Manager will be responsible for driving profitability across the operations. In this position, you will be at the heart of the business strategy by optimizing revenue and maximizing capacity. Your skills in forecasting, strategy and eye for data will impact revenue growth and operational excellence.
Revenue & Yield Management:
- Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy, average spend per guest, and profitability across sim racing, packages, bars, and event spaces.
- Monitor booking patterns, pricing, and demand trends; adjust availability, cost structures, and packages to optimize yield.
- Forecast demand and revenue across multiple revenue streams and recommend dynamic pricing models, promotions and upselling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Reservations & Booking Management
- Oversee all booking channels (online booking platform, third-party platforms, sales teams, and in-venue reservations).
- Ensure smooth, accurate reservations processes, managing table, sim racing grid, and event space allocations.
- Manage deposits, prepayments, cancellations, and no-shows to protect revenue.
Event & Group Sales Coordination:
- Partner with the Sales and the Events Manager to manage calendars, floor planning, and group packages.
- Support customization of event offerings to balance guest satisfaction with revenue objectives.
Data & Insights:
- Analyze business performance, competitor activity, and market trends to guide strategic decision making.
- Provide senior management with actionable data, market insights and revenue forecasts.
Systems & Process Optimization:
- Oversee reservations system and CRM, ensuring data accuracy, and functionality.
- Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with platform providers to identify opportunities to streamline operations.
- Continuously refine SOPs for reservations and revenue management to improve efficiency, guest experience, and profitability.
Skills Required:
- 5+ years in revenue management, reservations, or analyst management experience.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, enhance operational efficiency, and reinforce the brand's reputation.
- Strong analytical mindset, detail oriented, and data driven with proven forecasting abilities.
- Experience in ensuring that financial targets are met while maintaining high service standards.
- Knowledgeable with booking platforms, CRMs, and reporting systems.
- Proactive, solutions focused and adaptable to a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Hospitality, food and beverage, casino, nightlife or entertainment background preferred.
- Knowledge of the Las Vegas hospitality and entertainment market and group event sales, a plus.

Basic Physical Requirements
When working at an F1 Arcade venue, Team Members must be able to perform the duties of that venue. The team member will frequently sit for short periods of time, talk via Cloud Based video conferencing and the phone often, and hear and manipulate objects constantly.
Additional requirements will include lifting up to 10 (ten) pounds constantly and up to 50 (fifty) pounds as required. Lifting from floor to shoulder constantly and overhead infrequently. Twisting and reaching frequently. Grasping objects to move or manipulate constantly. Working in hot then cold environments for extended periods of time. May inadvertently bump into team members in a relatively small work area. Will stand and walk for extended periods of time. FREQUENT hand washing and sanitation is required. Ability to use knives, slicing equipment, and other food preparation equipment. Team Member must be able to communicate with Guests and other Team Members and manipulate handheld and desktop devices.
