**ENTRY LEVEL GENERAL LABORER** **Pay $20-23/hr All Shifts Available** **Job Overview:** Support a fast‑paced manufacturing team by washing, prepping, loading, and unloading metal parts on a paint line. This role also offers training in powder coating with opportunities to grow. **What You'll Do** + Wash and prep metal parts before painting + Load and unload parts on the paint line + Hang parts on racks and remove finished products + Learn **powder coating** (spraying paint on metal parts) + Inspect finished parts for quality + Help with general production tasks + Follow safety rules and keep your work area clean **What We're Looking For** + 6+ months of **manufacturing or general labor** experience + Able to lift up to **50 lbs** + **Comfortable with physical work** and standing for long periods + Reliable, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented + Experience with painting or powder coating is a plus (training provided) **Why This Job** + Training and growth opportunities + Pay increase after 90 days and again upon permanent hire + Tuition reimbursement + Clear path to lead or supervisor roles **Work Environment** + Large manufacturing facility + Fast‑paced and physical work + Not temperature‑controlled (warm in summer) **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Anoka, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.75/hr.
