Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive at your assigned section. Be informative of the meal that will be served.
- Prepare & serve beverages to your assigned tables during dinner service.
- Serve standard menu.
- Understand food allergies and what options are available. Be vigilant when serving any guest with a food allergy.
- Clean table & section when dinner service is complete.
Qualification Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Must obtain a valid responsible vendor permit.
- Education requirements include high school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands:
- Continuous walking on level ground as well as up and down steps.
- Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and balancing.
- Frequent lifting and carrying of trays with beverages, food, and used dishes.
