Key Responsibilities / What You'll Do** **Financial Oversight & Budget Monitoring** + Track reimbursable expenses and ensure proper allocation of funds + Monitor grant budgets to prevent over/underspending + Review general ledger activity for accurate coding **Invoicing & Revenue Recognition** + Prepare and submit timely invoices to funders + Maintain documentation for audits and compliance + Reconcile grant revenue and expenditures **Grants Lifecycle Management** + Assist in proposal development and budget preparation + Coordinate post-award processes and maintain grant records + Lead or support financial close-out of grants **Compliance & Reporting** + Ensure adherence to funder regulations and internal policies + Provide interim and final financial reports + Respond to audit and monitoring requests **Systems & Process Improvement** + Enhance internal tracking systems and documentation processes + Support integration between financial and grant management systems **3. Required Skills & Qualifications** **Must-Have** + 3+ years of experience in grants administration, finance, or accounting + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) + Strong knowledge of nonprofit or governmental grant environments + High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite + Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills + Ability to interpret complex grant regulations + Collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple deadlines **Nice-to-Have** + Familiarity with Sage, DonorPerfect, and Concur **4.
