Primary Job Function: To install residential heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience while meeting established deadlines and maintaining proper margins.
Work Hours: 6:00 am with an hour lunch and overtime as needed.

Job Title: Service Technician - Entry/Experienced
Pay Scale: $30,000 - 70,000 plus Benefits listed below
Work Hours: 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday
Primary Job Function: To perform maintenance/service on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards resulting in high quality customer experience.

Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Insurable driving record
• Basic customer service skills.
Qualifications desired:
• Universal EPA Certification
• Certificate of completion from a HVAC technical school
• Nate certification
• 3+ years of experience
• Possess tools needed
• Basic Understanding of wiring diagrams
• Basic Understanding of sheet metal
• Basic Understanding of refrigeration
