WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As an Auto Service Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence in diesel repair and maintenance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Intake and Consultation: Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their concerns, and accurately document vehicle symptoms and maintenance history.
• Service Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule service appointments, manage the service queue efficiently, and communicate service updates and completion times to customers.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that completed repairs meet our quality standards before returning vehicles to customers.

This position works Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 5 PM. Imagine starting your day by welcoming customers with a smile, guiding them through the service process, and providing expert recommendations tailored to their needs. You'll work closely with our skilled technicians to ensure that every vehicle receives the attention it deserves, leaving our shop running smoothly and our customers satisfied!
