Join our exceptional team today and help shape the future of energy! **Position Specific Description** This Agile Leader role will serve as a primary IT liaison to the Finance organization, coordinating overall IT project success for the seven(7) IT agile teams. Key responsibilities include overseeing the release train for key initiatives, direct project management in the Agile framework, and overseeing project budgets to ensure program success. + **Job Duties & Responsibilities** + Responsible as the Release Train Engineer for Enterprise Finance teams. + Coordinates with Scrum masters for Accounting and FP&A IT teams to ensure all teams deliver projects on schedule/budget. + Conducts PI pre-planning for Accounting teams, facilitates/coordinates consolidated PI planning for all ITECA teams together. + Facilitates the project intake ("FI Request") process and works with IT and BU leadership to plan and prioritize initiatives for the entire workstream. + Owns the planning, estimation, design, configuration, testing, and production release on financial projects which typically involve and impact multiple business areas. + Interacts with business leadership and key stakeholders to gather requirements, estimate effort/cost, prioritize work, develop enhancements, coordinate testing, and perform change management. + Works with team leads and managers to manage project budgets and oversee each teams' budget forecasts. + May be directly responsible for directly scrumming teams on an as-needed basis. + Facilitates Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives). + Tracks, promotes, and publishes completed program initiatives, epics and business value metrics following Agile methodology. + Ability to 'lead with influence' to coach teams towards self-organization and continuous improvement. + Promotes and encourages collaboration and transparency and builds trusting relationships between business, delivery, and other entities within the organization. **Job Overview** This position guides teams in the execution of agile initiatives to deliver customer value.
