Job Description
The Quality Supervisor is responsible for leading layout inspection and metrology processes to ensure alignment with customer expectations and our quality operating system. This position involves coaching team members on standardized work practices, resolving data collection system issues, and supporting continuous improvement through data analysis. Key responsibilities include maintaining calibration records, overseeing CMM and Blue Light Scanning programming, and directing daily part validation activities. The supervisor collaborates with the Launch Manager and support teams to manage job launches, insourcing, and engineering changes-ensuring all related documentation and visual aids (e.g., reference panels and bullseyes) are accurately maintained and updated. The role requires supervision of a skilled hourly workforce across multiple shifts, creating a positive and productive work environment.
