Adecco is assisting a manufacturing client in **Louisville, KY** with the search for a **Manufacturing Recruiter** for a **fully onsite, 12‑month contract position** . This role supports **high‑volume manufacturing and industrial hiring** , including production associates, pick/packers, and warehouse staff. **Role Overview** The Manufacturing Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring industrial talent to support production goals. This position manages the full recruitment lifecycle, partners closely with site leadership, and ensures a compliant, efficient, and positive candidate experience. **Core Responsibilities** + **Full‑Cycle Recruiting:** Manage recruiting efforts from sourcing through onboarding for manufacturing and industrial roles. + **Sourcing & Talent Pipeline:** Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and local talent pipelines, with a focus on skilled trades and high‑volume roles. + **Screening & Interviews:** Conduct phone and onsite interviews to assess technical skills, certifications, and work history. + **Hiring Manager Partnership:** Collaborate with hiring managers and site leadership to define staffing needs, align on pay rates, and establish hiring timelines. + **Offer Management:** Serve as a liaison between candidates and hiring teams, including extending and negotiating offers. + **Onboarding & Compliance:** Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and new hire documentation while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. + **Relationship Management:** Build long‑term candidate relationships and maintain a strong professional network within the manufacturing and industrial community. **Qualifications & Skills** + 2-5 years of recruiting experience required + Manufacturing, industrial, or technical recruiting experience strongly preferred + Strong understanding of manufacturing environments and roles such as production, assembly, maintenance, and warehouse operations + Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) + Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Strong time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, onsite environment + Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred **Pay Details:** $31.00 to $31.08 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
