Job Description
**Production Operator** **Monday Tuesday Wednesday 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM** **$15/hr** **Responsibilities** + Operate equipment in alignment with production schedules. + Troubleshoot and solve problems independently or as part of a team. + Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production and quality targets. + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. + Assist in building and assembling product components as needed. + Prepare for full machine operator training. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation, printing machine, or paper manufacturing. + Ability to stand for up to 11.5 hours. + Capability to lift up to 30 lbs periodically. + Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends. + Strong teamwork and communication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical ability or experience using tools, hand assembly, or mic gauges is a plus. + Willingness to learn and grow within the company. **Why Work Here?** We offer a minimum $0.50/hr raise upon permanent hire after 3 months, with opportunities to earn more.
