The Academy Hotel, Colorado Springs is a family owned and operated full service hotel. We're known for our signature complimentary breakfast buffet and are looking for a friendly Buffet Attendant who will make our guests experiences memorable.

Wages: $16.00 + tips

Job Description | Responsibilities | Duties:

• Welcome and greet guests with a warm and friendly smile. Guest service is top priority.
• Observe diners to ensure guests are satisfied. Offer additional plates and coffee/beverage refills.
• Bus, clean and re-set tables as guests finish their meals. Clean spills as they occur.
• Politely respond to guest requests and communicate with kitchen staff.
• Attend Coffee & Beverage Bar as needed.
• Work as a "team" for all opening and closing duties.
• Opening: Set tables, make coffee, prep juice bar, stock items.
• Closing: Clear/clean tables, chairs, high chairs, stock condiments, sweep, mop floors.
• Perform deep clean duties when slow: Coffee room, windows, furniture, etc.
• Utilize the POS for walk-ins.
• Consistently maintain a neat and organized workspace.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Available to work at least 3 days per week, including weekends and holidays 5am - 11am.
• Able to work a flexible schedule based on hotel occupancy.
• Provide professional, friendly, positive interaction with guests.
• Ability to work well with other employees in a "team" environment.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
