Sunray Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Coordinator to join our team at Hampton Inn & Suites in Thibodaux. What You'll Do:

  • Drive revenue growth by executing daily inside and outside sales efforts, ensuring that every market segment reaches its full potential.
  • Take ownership of hotel information across websites, marketing materials, and ads, making sure it's accurate and appealing to potential guests.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to strengthen the hotel's online presence and enhance promotional content, elevating our brand in the local community.
  • Develop and implement creative sales and marketing strategies that elevate hotel performance and increase bookings.
  • Manage the sales and marketing budgets to ensure revenue goals are met and exceeded.
  • Represent the hotel at key local events, including Chamber of Commerce and CVB meetings, strengthening community ties and building the hotel's reputation.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, effectively negotiating and closing sales deals that benefit the hotel and the town.
  • Prepare weekly reports, identifying growth opportunities and ways to expand our client base.
  • Analyze sales data to continuously improve sales strategies and programs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, OR 2+ years of relevant hospitality experience.
  • Proven success in sales, with strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tools to drive results.
  • A passion for making a positive impact on Jennings and helping the town thrive through the hotel's success.
  • Ability to travel locally and meet clients, with reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive annual salary plus performance-based bonuses with total compensation ranging from $55,000-$60,000.
