As a Chill Crew Member, you’ll prepare our signature frozen treats, deliver outstanding customer service, and help create a clean, fun, and high-energy atmosphere. This role is perfect for someone who moves with urgency, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in doing things the right way.

You’ll be the face of the fun side of Dairy Queen. You’ll make Blizzards, cones, shakes, and cakes while creating positive memories for all who touch DQ

Responsibilities:

• Greet every fan with energy and a smile
• Make Blizzards, shakes, sundaes, and frozen treats to exact standards
• Decorate ice cream cakes (we’ll train you)
• Keep treat area clean, stocked, and organized
• Move quickly and accurately during rushes
• Follow all food safety and health standards
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Maintain a positive, team-first attitude at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing personality — you enjoy talking to people
• Can work in a fast-paced environment without melting down
• Able to stand entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs
• Attention to detail (Blizzards must be flip-worthy)
• Reliable transportation & strong attendance
• Nights and weekend availability preferred
