\nPosition Overview\n\n

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Workers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products and components while ensuring quality and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.

\nKey Responsibilities\n\n
    \n\t
  • Assemble parts using work instructions, diagrams, or blueprints\n\t
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment\n\t
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met\n\t
  • Identify and report defects or production issues\n\t
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area\n\t
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures\n\t
  • Meet daily production goals\n

\nQualifications\n\n
    \n\t
  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (not required)\n\t
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment\n\t
  • Strong attention to detail\n\t
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive setting\n\t
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic\n
