Advantage Title & Escrow is a rapidly growing Title Company in Northwest Arkansas seeking a meticulous and organized Post-Closing Specialist to join our Title Team. The Post-Closing Specialist will be responsible for finalizing real estate transactions across multiple offices, ensuring that all post-closing tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. This role includes undertaking a variety of post-closing tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience with Title & Escrow post-closing processes, and the ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Review / Verify closing documents to ensure accuracy and completeness before recording transactions.
- Prepare various documents for Recording with County Clerks Offices.
- Reconciliation and Distribution of Taxes/Fees associated with Post Closing Task
- Resolve post-closing issues or discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth resolution.
- Provide support to clients and internal teams by answering questions related to post-closing processes and resolving issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations or other relevant guidelines.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to post-closing functions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Title & Escrow, Real Estate or Financial Services related fields.
- Experience with both residential and commercial real estate transactions.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and post-closing services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of experience in the title, financial services, or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of post-closing processes, title insurance, and real estate transactions.
- Proficiency with Title and Escrow software (e.g., Qualia, Simplifile, Arkansas Taxpayer Access Point) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and disbursements.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, lenders, agents, and other stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
