Job Description
Description We are offering a contract for a permanent employment opportunity in the insurance industry, specifically for a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Worksite Representative. The role will be based in Phoenix, Arizona, and involves addressing customer service concerns and inquiries, providing insurance product information, and assisting with basic technical troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
- Address customer service inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Provide comprehensive information about policy statuses to policyholders
- Support policyholders by providing detailed insurance product information
- Respond to calls and inquiries related to claim service and intake issues
- Assist with basic technical troubleshooting for self-service related issues
- Transfer calls to the sales team to increase APV revenue
- Handle claim intake for PFP
- Meet or exceed departmental standards related to quality, handle time, auxiliary time after call work, and other KPIs
- Support process improvements and provide feedback to leadership
- Participate in training and mentoring of Entry Level Representatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Able to work various shifts within 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. CDT timeframe. Requirements - Proficiency in both Spanish and English languages
- Demonstrated experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven sales ability
- Experience in providing training to team members
- Understanding of standard procedures and policies
- Familiarity with planning processes
- Commitment to quality and high standards
- Knowledge of the insurance industry
- Experience in a supervisory role
- Understanding of the 'About Time' software
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Knowledge of revenue accounting
- Experience with claim administration
- Understanding of standard practices within the industry
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to execute tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a team
- Knowledge of KPI reporting
- Experience with process improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic to advanced computer skills.
