Description We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our team in Fairfield, New Jersey. In this role, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to design, develop, and enhance both web and desktop applications. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative solutions while ensuring seamless communication across departments. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain efficient web and desktop applications using C# and other relevant programming languages. - Write and optimize complex SQL queries to manage relational databases effectively. - Design, implement, and integrate web services using RESTful APIs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met and timelines are adhered to. - Identify and resolve software bugs and performance issues through thorough testing and debugging. - Utilize tools such as GitHub and Jira to track progress, manage source code, and streamline development workflows. - Participate in Agile Scrum processes to ensure iterative and efficient project delivery. - Conduct A/B testing to evaluate and improve application features. - Stay updated on emerging technologies to suggest and implement innovative solutions. - Ensure clear and consistent communication with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience developing web or Windows applications. - Proficiency in C# programming and relational database management systems. - Strong knowledge of web services development, particularly RESTful APIs. - Familiarity with tools such as GitHub and Jira for version control and bug tracking. - Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum. - Solid understanding of backend development and integration with front-end components. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
