Your Purpose in this Role

The Marketing and Business Development Coordinator plays a key role in elevating Tempe Mechanical's brand and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This role blends creative content development with proposal and business development support across the company.

Pay

$24.00 - $29.00 hourly – determined based on skills, experience, performance and ongoing training attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Support

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and print channels
  • Coordinate content creation, including blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Manage and update company website and social media platforms
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports
  • Support event planning, trade shows, and promotional activities

Business Development

  • Supporting research and potential clients, markets, and partnership opportunities.
  • Maintain and update CRM databases with leads and client interactions
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch materials
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communications with prospects
  • Support the sales team in lead generation and pipeline management

Collaboration & Administration

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align strategies
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
  • Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, BD, or coordination.
  • Experience managing social media platforms.
  • Ability to capture high-quality photo/video content.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Lightroom.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proposal/RFP experience is a plus.
  • Construction industry familiarity helpful but not required.
