Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential & commercial HVAC systems
• Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on system maintenance
• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and system installations
• Accurately document service reports and communicate findings to customers
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies

Requirements:

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience
• Valid PA Driver's License with a clean driving record
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills & attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
