**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
The Maintenance Technician ensures the optimal operation of plant machinery, mechanical equipment, and facilities. This role involves working throughout the plant in response to job orders and requires proficiency in working with Fanuc robots and troubleshooting electrical issues.
**Responsibilities**
+ Ensure the optimal operation of plant machinery and mechanical equipment.
+ Respond to job orders and perform maintenance throughout the plant.
+ Work with and troubleshoot Fanuc robots.
+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems up to 480V.
+ Maintain and repair pneumatic systems.
+ Utilize skills in PLC troubleshooting, welding, and handling vacuum forming ovens.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with Fanuc robots
+ Electrical troubleshooting up to 480V
+ Knowledge of pneumatics
+ Proficiency in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment
+ Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with PLCs
+ Welding skills
+ Experience with vacuum forming ovens

**Work Environment**
This role operates on a 1st shift from 6:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, with an occasional half shift on Saturdays. Alternatively, a 2nd shift is available, with a paid lunch and breaks, running from Monday through Saturday. Saturdays on the 2nd shift involve a shorter workday of approximately 4 hours, starting around noon.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Dowagiac, MI.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
