Job Title: Product Manager
This position is available as an on-site assignment or remote assignment.
Summary:
The Product Manager is responsible for defining, developing, and managing the bank's financial products to ensure they align with customer needs and market opportunities. This pivotal role involves establishing the product management function from the ground up, shaping a cohesive product strategy, and working closely with project and business teams to deliver new products while enhancing and maintaining existing offerings.

- Establish and Lead the product management function at TPB, defining the vision, strategy, and governance for the bank's product portfolio.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to identify, evaluate, and prioritize product opportunities that support TPB's strategic objectives and customer needs.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, working collaboratively with third-party vendors, engineering, and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch innovative, customer-centric banking solutions.
- Conduct ongoing market research, customer analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform product strategy and ensure TPB remains a leader in digital banking and financial services.
- Create, manage, and communicate product roadmaps, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely execution of product initiatives.
- Measure and analyze product performance, leveraging data and customer feedback to continuously refine offerings and maximize value delivery.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and curiosity, mentoring team members and championing best practices in product management.
- Carries out responsibilities in a manner consistent with our values and operating principles, in accordance with policy and applicable laws, and with a commitment to commitment to continuous improvement and process excellence.

Qualifications:
Required Knowledge/Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Field (preferred)
- 3-5 years of demonstrated product management experience in banking, financial services, or a similar industry.
- Proven ability to identify problems and opportunities, and to design and deliver effective solutions.
Desired Knowledge/Skills:
- Knowledge of banking or other financial services operations
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working with third-party vendors and engineering resources.
- Professional curiosity about banking and payments technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results.
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and agile development is strongly desired.
- Formal product management training or certification (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing certification) is highly desirable.
