**Job Description** Seeking a Sr Manager, Adoption Program Management for Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) within Oracle Analytics. This is a visible people management role that requiring strong customer skills, analytics domain expertise, and comfort driving outcomes. The Adoption Program Management (APM) team is responsible for increasing usage and product adoption within an assigned portfolio of enterprise FDI customers. This is achieved by understanding desired analytics business use cases, evangelizing best practices, and influencing customers on their analytics strategy to support organization-wide adoption of FDI and Oracle Analytics. APMs will work within a matrixed set of customer stakeholders, including IT & business leaders, partners, and Oracle teams such as Customer Success, Sales, Product Management, and solution architects (CEAL). This manager will oversee a team of APMs covering key North American and Latin American (LAD) customers and help develop the strategy to increase FDI adoption in the growing LAD region. Additionally, the individual will be expected to contribute to a new and growing organization by building processes, defining playbooks, and leading new programs or initiatives. The successful candidate will have a growth mindset to thrive in a fast paced and ambiguous environment. Career Level - M3 **Responsibilities** **Responsibilities** + Hire and manage a team of APMs to uncover analytics use cases, manage risk, and increase FDI user adoption for customers in NA & LAD region + Conduct reporting and analyses to manage team performance, uncover customer insights for your segment, and track FDI adoption health and KPIs + Engage with executive stakeholders and support customer escalations + Partner with FDI leadership (Product, GTM) to design new processes/playbooks for customer engagement + Jointly develop scalable and tailored programs to improve FDI adoption for LAD region + Lead by example to uplevel the team's technical knowledge and drive a growth mindset culture **Qualifications** + 10+ years of Customer Success Management experience or similar role in the tech industry. Bachelor's degree required. + 3+ years of people management experience required + Prior experience in Analytics, Data Platforms, or use of Analytics tools (eg PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, OAC) required + Spanish language skills required + Strong attention to detail, ability to operate independently and drive towards outcomes + Experience collaborating and influencing technical senior leadership including Product Management and Software Engineering + Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or HCM strongly preferred **\#LI-AH4** Disclaimer: **Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.** **Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only** US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
