Description We are looking for a dedicated Director of Finance to lead the financial operations of our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee budgeting, reporting, and forecasting while ensuring the company's financial health. Responsibilities: - Develop and manage the annual budget to align with organizational goals and priorities. - Oversee monthly financial close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting. - Implement and refine budget procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Prepare detailed financial reports and present insights to leadership teams. - Monitor and forecast cash flow to maintain operational stability. - Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. - Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives. - Lead initiatives to optimize financial systems and processes. - Provide mentorship and guidance to finance team members. - Support strategic decision-making with financial analysis and recommendations.
