**Job Title: Production Coordinator**
**Job Description**
This is a hybrid role where you will spend time both on the production floor and in the office. You will be responsible for taking orders, communicating with customers regarding timelines and inventory, and performing other miscellaneous tasks.
**Responsibilities**
+ Fulfill orders efficiently, ensuring timely processing and shipping.
+ Prepare goods for shipment, ensuring they are properly packed, labeled, and documented.
+ Select appropriate carriers for the delivery of goods.
+ Print necessary shipping documents such as shipping labels and bills of lading.
+ Provide tracking information and manage the returns process for customers.
+ Collaborate with suppliers to arrange transportation of goods.
+ Ensure smooth communication between all supply chain participants.
+ Manage inventory and work closely with warehousing operations.
+ Eventually be trained to invoice and close out orders, developing skills for career growth.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in inventory management and administrative support.
+ Experience with SAP and data entry.
+ Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes.
+ Ability to work in a team and develop skills for additional responsibilities.
+ Excellent communication skills, particularly in Spanish, to communicate with internal employees and clientele.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative role preferred.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

**Work Environment**

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hanover, Maryland.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
