**Packer / Warehouse Associate - $16-17/HR** Shifts Available: + 1st Shift: 5AM- 1:30PM (Monday-Friday) + 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM **Job Summary** Join our team as a Packer at our supplemental Rock Island location, supporting the distribution and repackaging of agricultural equipment parts used in combines and tractors. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on warehouse work, can stay organized in a fast‑paced environment, and are comfortable operating warehouse equipment such as high pickers. **Key Responsibilities** + Sort boxes and place them on the correct pick pallets for forklift operators + Pick and pack parts throughout the shift (approximately 70% of daily tasks) + Handle products ranging from small, hand‑held boxes to large machine parts weighing up to 1,000 lbs (with proper equipment) + Use RF scanners to track inventory and confirm accurate order fulfillment + Load and unload semi‑trailers with completed pallets + Maintain quality standards and ensure correct packaging and labeling **Required Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in warehouse packing, production, packaging, or general labor + Familiarity with inventory management, labeling, and order picking + Ability to use RF scanners for tracking and inventory control + Experience with material handling, palletizing, assembly, and shipping processes + Minimum of 6 months of warehouse experience + Ability to lift up to 75 lbs + Ability to remain on your feet for most of the shift + Willingness to work mandatory overtime when required **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davenport, IA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
