**Job Title: Press Brake Operator** **Job Description** The role involves creating parts for agricultural and transportation products, utilizing blueprints to set up and adjust programs on high-capacity Brake presses. The operator will load and unload materials, making necessary adjustments to the machines between product runs. **Responsibilities** + Produce parts for agricultural and transportation products. + Work from blueprints to set up and adjust programs on Trumpf presses. + Load and unload materials and make machine adjustments. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years experience operating press brakes. + Proficiency in setting up and changing over between parts. + Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to reach and interpret blueprints is highly advantageous. **Why Work Here?** This is a family-oriented company that offers flexibility with modified schedules as long as the work is completed. Training occurs during the day but the main shift will be 12:30 PM to 11 PM, Monday through Thursday with Friday overtime opportunities. A $2 per hour shift differential is offered for night shifts. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WEST FARGO, ND. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
