Position Summary:

Reef is seeking an experienced IT Field Services Manager with a strong background in Agilysys solutions to lead our IT operations across multiple hospitality properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the deployment, support, and optimization of Agilysys hospitality and point-of-sale (POS) systems, ensuring seamless performance of critical systems, including Agilysys PMS, POS, Golf, and Membership platforms. The position involves 25% travel to support various properties and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Administer and maintain Agilysys Property Management System (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), Golf, and Membership platforms, ensuring optimal functionality and user support.
  • Serve as the technical liaison between internal teams, Agilysys support, and customer stakeholders.
  • Oversee and troubleshoot computer systems, Windows-based environments, and Office 365, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
  • Implement, manage, and support additional enterprise-level applications critical to hospitality operations, ensuring integration and efficiency.
  • Lead IT-related projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and rollouts, delivering on time and within budget while coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Provide hands-on support for hardware, software, Office 365, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and excellent service for staff and guests.
  • Conduct on-site visits to properties (25% travel) to assess systems, provide training, and implement IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to maintain systems.
  • Ensure IT systems comply with industry standards and maintain robust cybersecurity measures.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in IT field services or helpdesk operations; previous experience with Agilysys is required
  • Experience with IT project management is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven expertise with Agilysys PMS, POS, Golf, and Membership systems in a hospitality environment
  • Strong background in managing Windows-based systems, Office 365, and computer hardware/software
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise applications in hospitality or related industries
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with teams and vendors
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time to support properties and projects
  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP), IT systems (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA), or Office 365 administration are a plus
