This Heavy Equipment/ Water Blaster Operator position supports our team based in Minneapolis, MN. This is a vital role in a dynamic and ever-changing business.

Responsibilities

• Operate water blaster and heavy equipment safely
• Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance
• Load/unload materials and transport equipment to job sites
• Operate boom trucks, forklifts, skid steers, and similar equipment
• Report repair needs and maintain clean, functional equipment
• Follow all safety regulations and company procedures
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement
• 3+ years of heavy equipment and/or water blasting experience
• Ability to perform physical labor and work flexible hours (nights/weekends/on-call)

Preferred

• Boom certification (or willingness to obtain)
• CPR certification
• Welding or Steel Cutting Experience
