Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Administrative Assistant to support workplace operations and front-desk coordination in Atlanta, Georgia. This Contract position plays an important role in creating a detail-oriented, organized, and welcoming office environment for employees, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative judgment, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage daily support tasks with accuracy and consistency. Responsibilities: - Oversee the presentation and day-to-day readiness of the office entrance, reception space, and shared workplace areas in partnership with the Facilities team. - Welcome employees, guests, and external partners upon arrival, while providing clear direction and a positive first impression. - Monitor and replenish hospitality and workplace supplies in common areas such as pantries, cafés, and other employee-facing spaces. - Administer visitor access tools and check-in processes in alignment with company policies and established workplace procedures. - Address questions and requests from internal staff and outside contacts, offering timely support and resolving routine issues effectively. - Escalate or report workplace safety concerns promptly to help maintain a secure and compliant office environment. - Provide administrative assistance to the Facilities Management team, including scheduling support, coordination of meetings, and general office tasks. - Handle additional support duties as needed to ensure smooth daily operations across the site. Requirements - Demonstrated experience in administrative support, front-desk coordination, or office services in a detail-focused environment. - Strong ability to manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference calls with attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach to employee and visitor interactions. - Proficiency in receptionist responsibilities, including greeting guests, directing visitors, and handling inquiries efficiently. - Ability to maintain organized processes, prioritize multiple tasks, and respond effectively in a fast-paced office setting. - Comfortable managing supply levels and supporting the upkeep of shared spaces to promote a welcoming workplace. - Sound judgment in following workplace policies, including visitor procedures and safety reporting expectations.
