Join our growing team at Stonecast Products, where we manufacture high-quality precast concrete wall panels for the commercial businesses. We're currently seeking a reliable, hard-working Outside Bed Construction Laborer to support daily production and bed setup operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and setting up casting beds for concrete pours

• Install rebar, forms, inserts, and other hardware according to blueprints and production drawings

• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently

• Clean and maintain work areas, including stripping forms and removing debris

• Support concrete pouring, finishing, and curing processes

• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

• Perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Requirements:

• Previous construction or concrete experience preferred but not required

• Ability to work outside year-round in all weather conditions

• Comfortable working around heavy equipment and industrial machinery

• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed

• Must be dependable and able to follow instructions

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
